As an independent third party Owner’s Representative project management firm, P2M represents the interests of the end user (Owner), whether leasing or owning, in their design and construction build-out programs. Our management experience includes over $500,000,000 in facility construction value many different types of buildings.

P2M has no affiliation with any design or construction companies. We do not provide design or construction services. As an independent management firm our core business is project management, reducing costs and improving the value of the investments our clients make in their projects.

In the end, as an Owner’s Rep, P2M represents only the best interests of the end user.

We manage the design and construction process, negotiating contract provisions, negotiating change orders and other aspects of protecting the interests of the end user through design, construction, relocation and occupancy. We allow you to focus on your core business.

The earlier we get involved the greater the project savings and cost avoidance. We guide our clients through the planning, design and construction process by providing strategic facility planning and programming, architect / contractor RFP development, project budgeting, scheduling, project delivery recommendations (design-build, construction management, design-bid-build), project management, change order negotiations, contract negotiations and administration and occupancy management.

Our function is that of an an extension to the end user’s organization / staff serving in a project management capacity.

With our experience, we know how to help you navigate and avoid the pitfalls so common to the design and construction process.  One of those risk areas is helping you navigate the variety of internal corporate issues that will come up with your project. At P2M, we anticipate project risks and guide you in avoiding or reducing them.
